Transcription Phase Complete!

Only a year ago this website was launched as a tool to:
- Organize the collection chronologically
- Solicit transcriptions
- Add English translations
I am very pleased to announce that with the kind assistance of several volunteers and the recent work of Frau Dorit Schneider, the transcription phase is complete!
Dorit is now working on proofreading all of the postcards to insure accuracy of the transcriptions. Once complete, the next task will be to find bilingual volunteers to proofread the English translations for accuracy.
When all proofreading is complete a new website will be designed to best exhibit this project. Its intended use is to serve as a historical resource in cultural institutions worldwide.
